Good Morning Everyone,
Yesterday afternoon I spend time with some of my scrapping friends. Debbie had a Stampin up Party at her home. Which by the way was so cozy and loved the tea cup chandlier. Debbie the food was great and thank you for having us in your home. It is sad to know that in a year you will be leaving us to go live in North Caroline, but you will be close to family. Totally understand.
Well this is the 3rd party that I have been to that Lisa and Lori has conducted and each and everyone of them I walked away with some pretty awesome projects. The green bookmarker is something that Lisa made for all of the guest. We used two sided paper, and stamped some butterflies, cut them out and attached them with pop dots and this beautiful card emerged. Love the gift card holder , we all had a try at watercoloring an image. Then we made the cute little book pretty easy to do and makes such a great gift. I also meet a new scrapper, cardmaker, Joy.
Later in the evening I had to make a stop at Michael's and lo and behold, I see Pam, Donna, and Lisa also shopping. Gotta use them 50% coupons.

Patty,
I was just wondering if you've heard anything about GCS New Orleans this year? I can't seem to get any information and was just wondering. Hope you are doing well. I was looking forward to seeing some of your paper piecing creations this summer. I sure hope we are still having convention, but it's looking bleaker and bleaker to me.
talk to you soon,

Shelly everyone is wondering like you. I sure do hope so, it will be my 7th year at GCS New Orleans.
