This is the first class that was taught at our new local scrapbook store, called Scrappin Friendzee, located in Marrero, Louisiana. There was about 20 ladies/children that took the class. Here are the first pages of the book. You will have to come back tomorrow to see the rest. I did do a few things different than what the class called for. I used jump rings to attached my pages and tied ribbon to the jump rings. The class called for the book to be attached with ribbons. Also my layout on each page varied from what the class called for.
Yesterday, (Sunday) I went across the lake to visit with my sister, also brought with me some scrapbooking supplies for her. I also sat with her and showed her how to make the Tri Fold card, and how to use Goo Gone to help color with pencil colors on images for cardmaking.
Chuckey also came along with the visit and had a nice chat with his 1st cousin, Ray. Yes my sister is married to my husband's 1st cousin.
Here is some of the needlework book marks and pins that she sells.
two more layouts for my special friend Bailey's book. The daddy page is my son, Matthew that stepped into the role of daddy.
This is a layout from a book that I am making for my little friend, Bailey.
This is the class that I taught at TAC (The Acadian Croppers) this weekend (June 12 - 14). I had 6 students.
this is the paper piecing class that I taught at Shey's June Cuco's Crop. There was 7 ladies that took the class and everyone of them produced a wonderful paper piecing.
This Nemo paper piecing was made for my friend, Peggy for a special bride layout. The nemo was a gift given from the groom to the bride with beautiful jewelery box. She is making a wedding album of her son, Michael's wedding. There are 578 photos that she will include in this album.
