The flowers on this card is popped dotted.
Colored the image with the Copic Sketch markers, took my oval stencil and drew an oval around my flower image, leave a few of the leaves hanging over the oval.
use the corner round to round the edges of the card. Also use one of my fancy border punches.
On Saturday, (05/28) I spent the day at the local scrapbook store (Scrappin Friendzee - Marrero- Louisiana) with some awesome ladies. I spent most of that time coloring images for cardmaking. On Sunday (05/29) I spent the 1st half of my day working on 12 greeting cards that is part of a gift for someone. This is the 2nd card of the day. The picture does not show it but the butterfly image was popped dotted off the card. The Thank you sentiment is something I picked up from Michael's a few years back. I use to love going to check out the $1.00 dollar to see what neat little rubber stamps that I could buy.
this was a cute frame image and then I cut out some pretty butterflies to go with the frame. everything was colored with the copic markers.
I love the little boy image and it was fun to color. I have always enjoyed coloring as a child, as a mother with my boys, and now as a friend with my special little friend, Bailey.
Ms Virginia can always be counted on to contribute cards for the soldier card drive. These are just a few of the Father Day Cards that she made.
all colored with the copic makers. the card size is 3-1/2 x 5-1/2
my favorite of the 3 is the little girl in the green dress.
This go around I did not make as many cards as I would have liked. I made 30 cards. All the images were colored using the copic sketch markers. The more I use them the more I enjoy them, love how I am able to shade, but still has a long way to go.
I was working on my cards for my card swapper group for the swap in July and had some left over flowers and butterflies and I decided to make 3 cards using the leftover materials. All the images were colored using the copic makers, and the center of the yellow flower has flower soft. I really like the top card best.
Back in 1989 my sisters, and I used to paint on wood cut outs at one time all of us had our own saws. This is coke bottles that I painted and had hanging in my kitchen for a long time, then they were taking down and store away until the other day when I was doing some digging.
My favorite cards in this bunch is the raccoon and sunset cards. Again more copic maker work. I love how the pen flow so easy about the paper, and the pens are refillable.
we colored a stamped flower image with the copic markers, the flower stem and flower pot are die cuts from the cricut. Used flower soft on the center of the flower. On my flower I added a stamped image butterfly colored with copic markers, and made dirt in the flower pot using my flower soft.
For national scrapbook day my online group "the Crop room" had several challenge posted. This was a card sketch challenge.
here is the 2nd layout that I did for the 12 x12 swap for TAC. The carrot house, carrot, and 2 bunnies are paper piecings that I made. the eggs are stamped images that I colored with my copic markers.
TAC is having a 2 page layout swap. Everyone that is participating makes as many 2 page layouts as they want. I choose to do 4 - 2 page layouts. This is my Mardi Gras theme.
I found the jester, and musical horm images on the internet copied them to a word document adjusted to the size I wanted. I colored both pieces with my copic sketch markers. I used 3 different circle punches to make the beads at the bottom of the page. I inked the edges of the large green beads, but used may copic makers to highlight the smaller beads.
Happen to run across the template for a tea cup shape card while I was blog hopping. It was a perfect card to see to one of my friends that I had to thank. She is a collector of tea cups.
