Recently I made a baby album 12 x 12 - 20 pages for my niece, Crystal. All she has to do when the baby is born in December will be to take pictures of the baby's 1st year and add pictures and she will have a album of baby, Evan's 1st year.
Come back tomorrow for more of the baby album.
The last few years I have been making halloween cards for my nieces and nephews and for my friend's children or grandchildren. Here are 7 of them still have more to make.
Today 50 years ago my hubby was his parents 1st born child.
I really need to go take a photo class on how to take good pictures.
Is this not the cutest little bear image.
I love this page. This is 3 candle images that I cut out and glued to a piece of card stock and then wrap some ribbon around.
I love everything about his card.
Another card using the magnolia image. I love this border punch.
The image is a tray of goodies I used the border punch.
The pink paper was embossed. The mangolia images was colored with Copic Marker.
This was a coffee theme. The card opens in the center. The image was colored with copic markers.
This one was themed Red Hatter. I used one of my border punches, and some stickles. The image was colored using Copic Markers.
Sorry about the pictures not being so great. Colored the image using my copic makers, used stickles on the stars and the candles. I cut some of the stars out of the paper, glued them to card stock, stickled them, and popped dotted them to the card. I used the negative of a die cut to create a frame in the inside of the card, and used a $1.00 stamp from Michael's on the inside of the card.
Monday, August 30 was my sister, Lizzy's birthday. Ten days up to her birthday I was sending her happy mail (although we work together - I thought it would be fun to get happy mail). She enjoyed the envelopes (the envelopes were filled with paper piecings for her scrapbook pages, colored images and sentiments for card making). On her birthday I delievered to her this box which was filled with 20 handmade birthday cards, a book of stamps, a gift certificate to the local scrapbook store. She has been telling me that she wants to start sending her friends birthday cards. Being a working mom of a very active 12 year old daughter she does not have the time to make the cards, so I made them for her to send to at least 20 of her family and friends. She thought it was a perfect gift. So come back for the next 20 days and I will display a card a day.
A little twist on the fold of this card. I was inspired by a card a fellow card maker did, (Patti W). So I borrowed her fold design.
Hope you are not tired of seeing Christmas Cards because we still have a ways to go before I reach 100 cards.

Cards 10 and 11. A little history about Santa Claus. Just follow this link.....
Cards 4, 5, and 6. Isn't Santa Claus such a cheerful, jolly image to see on a christmas card.
The last few years I have been making Christmas Cards for the troops, so that they will have cards to send home to family and friends. I have started my challenge of 100 cards for the troops. At least this is my minium but would love to create more than that. The goal for the group of ladies that give my a hand with this is 2000. Here are the first 3 cards of the challenge.
I made this box for Ms. Virginia and it was filled with lots of images for her to color with her Copic Sketch Marker, a lot of colored images for her to use with her cardmaking, and a few handmade cards.
A few images I colored for future cards.
